SPA ETIQUETTE

• Please arrive on time for your treatment so that you may not inconvenience other customer’s bookings.
• If you arrive 30min late without prior notice, management has the right to reschedule your appointment.
• Please give a 60min notice for a cancellation.
• Please leave all valuables at home or in your car for as the spa will not be held responsible.
• Please ensure all cellular phones are turned off on arrival for the duration of your treatment.
• Please note all call out treatments and bookings must be a day in advance. Call out treatments require a minimum of 2 hours and rates differ.
• Bunga Spa vouchers are available and make a wonderful gift for loved ones and friends. They are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
